I believe that a single-payer federally controlled healthcare system is not only unconstitutional, but would be wasteful, more expensive and would ultimately lead to federally mandated medical decisions and rationing of healthcare. I will oppose nationalizing healthcare. Americans should be free to choose the health plan that is right for them. The American free-enterprise system should be unshackled from heavy-handed government regulations so that innovative Americans can develop health care solutions that compete on price and quality.
As your representative in Congress, I will work with other like-minded law-makers to find solutions which lower the cost of health care for all Nevadans.
